Week Three

For the third week, I touched up a lot of the graphics and added in new area, the woods. This area is a maze like arena where there is bats and rotten brains. The boss is Batula, who spawns little bats when he is hit with a weapon. In addition, I added NPCs to the start of each area to tell you more about it.

In addition, I added an insane asylum to sort of add to the story. People going insane due to starvation because they have no brains.

Week Two (Uploaded Late)

For the second week, I added many more NPCs in the area, as well as new enemies. I also added a desert area to the map, filled with Rotten Brains, a new faster stronger version of the original brains, and a new version of the stone enemy known as Sandmen.

In addition, I made a boss version of these green blobs known as Rotbrain. He takes more hits than most brains and is the First Boss. The Sand King is the boss of the second area, where people must be careful not to hit his minions.

2DRPG for Week 2

This is the new house I added. It features a guard in a small house in the center of the city. I might add a dungeon or cave in it later. The next plan is to add a desert area.

2DRPG Edits

I made the 2DRPG into a more satirical, ironic game. Rather than humans, I plan to change the RPG into a story of a zombie fighting to acquire the brains of living things to feed the zombie town. Kind of like a reverse zombie apocalypse.

The room is a lot more somber and dark, fitting the whole spooky/zombie theme. The vase is now a skull, and the chest is designed like a pumpkin.

The land is darker and weirder looking. The trees are dead, like the zombies. The guards are weird cycloptic creatures.

The weapons have been changed. The sword is a fish, the arrows have become a watermelon cannon, and the magic wand has been changed into a pooping cat.

The monster area has a small child character (I'll give him speech edits later). Some rocks have been replaced with gravestones and the vampire bats have become flying baseball bats.

This house has become home to several brains (originally the slimes).  I added one massive brain as a unique challenge. This is sort of like a boss room.

I changed the bar/bed place into a smaller building...

And made the inside smaller as well.
